Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to visit Integrity Counselling & Psychotherapy, we are a counselling & psychotherapy service based in Celbridge, we service all of North Kildare and the wider Dublin area we are also 100% online for online sessions if prefered.

Counselling & Psychotherapy can be a great source of relief and comfort and help us through difficult or uncertain times. Generally, we emerge calmer and clearer, more confident, more resilient, and more peaceful. Having someone listen to us who understands and does not judge, is very effective and can result in change on a large scale. We really believe that everyone needs someone to talk to from time to time.

Covid response therapy: our team of counsellors have worked throughout the past two years to create a comprehensive Covid response package addressing Covid anxieties. We have helped many people suffering with Covid anxiety and other related issues to work through this and emerge into a safer and stronger place. If you are suffering with Covid anxiety please do get in touch.

What is Psychotherapy / Counselling?

It is a professional relationship where one engages in therapy with a professional psychotherapist or counsellor. But it is also a relationship where you can feel welcomed, safe, listened to, and accepted.  It may be a new experience for some, but you can find great reward and healing in sharing your story.

The interaction and relationship between us will be founded on genuine respect and empathic understanding.  This enables everyone to safely examine feelings, concerns or behaviours that may have been difficult to share with others.

Life can sometimes present challenging situations. Certain events happen that we do not plan for or predict and although we may try to overcome them, sometimes we feel alone or caught up.  People may not understand us, and we can become nervous, fed up or possibly depressed.

Sometimes, in trying to fulfil others’ expectations, we can feel trapped and bitter, losing sight of our life’s aims. Soon, our relationships deteriorate, or our appetite may change, it is possible we sleep badly, and concentrate less and drift into hopeless or sadness. Our emotions may be confusing, affecting us in various ways. Should you identify with any of these descriptions, we encourage and invite you to get in touch. Our support and understanding will help you to begin to get back your confidence, find hope and meaning again and cope better with life’s challenges.

We cater for short, medium or long-term therapy arrangements with emergency/crisis call facility available to pre-paid clients. Finally, please find information about fees here. We hope to introduce a drop-in counselling service at our premisses as soon as circumstances allow.

Online & Remote Counselling.

In addition to providing face to face sessions to clients in our centre based in Celbridge Co.Kildare, our therapists, extensively trained in online therapy methods, can offer comprehensive therapy using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Team and others. We can also offer phone counselling or indeed text and email series sessions. If you have any concerns or questions, please do contact us. We look forward to hearing from you.
